Information Security Policy
Quantum AI Safeguard (“the Company”) is committed to protecting the information assets of the Company and its customers from threats such as accidents, disasters and crime, and to earning the trust of our customers and society. To this end, the entire Company addresses information security in accordance with the following policy.

Under the leadership of management, the Company works systematically and continuously to improve and strengthen information security.

The Company establishes an organization to maintain and improve information security, and sets out its information security measures as formal internal rules.

Employee commitment
Our employees acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and carry out their information security responsibilities reliably.

Compliance with laws and contractual requirements
The Company complies with all laws, regulations, norms and contractual obligations related to information security, and strives to meet our customers’ expectations.

Response to violations and incidents
If a violation of laws or contracts, or an incident related to information security occurs, the Company responds appropriately and works to prevent recurrence.
Under IPA’s SECURITY ACTION program (Japan), the Company has made a two-star self-declaration.
