Can we use it without IT staff?
Yes. The Clinic and Online Shop Care Packs are done for you, and for WordPress sites the free plugin alone puts the basics in place.
Where do we start with the PHP flaws?
Run the free check first to see whether your PHP version is visible. If unsure, order the ¥9,800 PHP Emergency Inspection; to fix it quickly, choose the PHP Emergency Update (stopgap WAF included).
We do not know which service to pick.
Use the service finder at the top of this page: choose your type of business and your concern, and we suggest three. If unsure, start with the ¥4,980 spot assessment.
Can we change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply from the next month; downgrades from the next billing month.
How do we pay?
For now, by invoice (bank transfer). Card payments are coming.
Does the free monitoring turn into a paid plan?
No. It ends automatically after 30 days. Apply again only if you want to continue.
Will the web app assessment touch our systems without permission?
Never. It only runs with your written consent, a defined scope and a defined period. The free check only reads what anyone can see from outside.
